Happy Tummy Herbal Tea
This blend uses traditional digestive and nervous system herbs to help soothe an upset tummy, is especially great after a meal, or is excellent as an everyday and/or night time tea. Try adding a pinch of freshly grated ginger or turmeric to help give it an extra digestive kick! Great with a twist of lemon!
Steep 1 TBS per 8-12oz of boiling water for 6 - 30 minutes.
