Referred to as the food of the Gods, this is the most nutritious superfood on the planet! Single-origin Cacao grown and processed by small family farmers in Guatemala.

INGREDIENTS: 100% Pure Organic Ceremonial-Grade Cacao.
(Does NOT contain sugar, dairy, gluten, heavy metals, fertilizers, insecticides, preservatives, or chemicals of any kind.

Suggested Use:
1/2 oz to 1 oz (1 TBS - 2 TBS) is a great morning energizer.
2 oz (4 TBS) is a ceremonial dose. Communion with the spirit of cacao is achieved at this level of consumption, and can be quite intense and stimulating.

Not recommended for people sensitive to caffeine and stimulants. Start with a smaller dose before jumping into higher levels. Be sure to stay hydrated with plenty of water.

Directions:
Dissolve 1/2 oz - 2 oz (1 TBS - 4 TBS) of cacao in boiling hot water, or any other preferred hot liquid such as coconut/almond/oat milk. Add sweetener to taste, this cacao is very bitter!

Suggestion:
1 oz (2 TBS) ceremonial cacao, 4 oz hot water, 2 TBS or a splash of unsweetened oat milk, 1/2 tsp agave nectar.

Can be added to smoothies but may not completely dissolve, especially if there's any frozen ingredients such as fruit. We kind of like that though, you end up with tiny chocolate chunks!

Ceremonial Cacao has extremely high levels of:
Antioxidants, such as flavanols & polyphenols;
Theobromine, an alkaloid that is a gentle & grounded stimulant, especially compared to caffeine (which is very low in cacao);
Mood enhancers such as serotonin, phenethylamine & anandamide;
High levels of magnesium, a muscle & nerve relaxant and one of the most important minerals needed in our diet.

Ceremonial Cacao contains approximately 50% cacao butter, a source of healthy fat.
The main difference between Ceremonial Cacao and Raw Cacao Powder is raw cacao powder has been processed to remove the cacao butter, and since it's a fine powder it's more convenient for travel and dissolving in liquids. Ceremonial cacao requires heat to dissolve.

Not recommended for people sensitive to caffeine and stimulants.
