INGREDIENTS:
Proprietary Herbal Blend:  Stinging Nettle Leaf*, Marshmallow Root*, Dandelion Root*, Lemon Balm Leaf*, & Spearmint Leaf*.  (*Organic)

DIRECTIONS:
Simmer 2 TBS of blend in 24 oz of boiling water for 10 - 20 minutes, then strain. Allow to cool slightly, and drink.
