A shower tablet is a bath bomb for the shower. Place it on the shower floor and it will start to dissolve and release essential oils as water hits it. You can play with the placement to find the perfect spot. If you want a strong aromatherapy shower experience, place it close to your feet and it will dissolve in about a minute or two. If you place it further from your feet it will be less intense, but will last about a few showers.
