INGREDIENTS:
Proprietary Herbal Blend: Eucalyptus*, Peppermint*, Catnip*, Lemon Peel*, Cinnamon*, Orange Peel* & Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils of Eucalyptus & Peppermint.   (*Organic)

DIRECTIONS:
Steep 2 tsp per 8-12 oz of herbs in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Strain & drink 1-3 cups a day.
